RC36 Political Power Group’s First Research Discussion on Soft Power
On Friday, February 4 we have concluded our first RC36 Political Power Group Research Discussion Zoom meeting. The participants reviewed two recent publications on soft power and talked about the conceptual and operational contribution of dark heritage sites and Chinese financial aid to Africa.
